Island Living Lava Rocks And Cleaning Up The Beach

So my game is updated to the newest version, but unfortunately it won’t let me break open lava rocks after they cool down! Alsooo it won’t allow me to cleanup the beach! I have tried moving the rocks...

    Ok it seems to be working now my sim must have been glitched when I made a new sim it started working

Do you have this issue only in this save game or is it a general issue ?

    So it seemed to just be that save game tested with three other new save games and everything works

      Was the other Sim that worked in that save or a different one ? If it was a different one, do other Sims in the same one work ?
