issues with adult sims 4 skin tones in game

I am having an issue in the Sims 4 game where my adult sims are super pale...I am an African American female creating my family and when I created them in CAS they were all perfect, then I started the game.  Now everyone is all pinkish tone...my husbands Sim looks nothing like him..HELP.  I repaired the game and everything.

    @milarenee  Do you use any CC?  And if you do, do you have any CC skin tones or skin overlays?  That would seem to be the most likely cause.

    And what system are you playing on?  PC, Mac, PS4 or XB1.
