issues with sims4 - can't click gallery or tools, game processes undefinitely

well currently every since the update my game and I can't click gallery , tool, hints, it keep saying game processes is loading but never load to be able to click on them I the deleted the game repaired the game remove my mods nd everything else even restarted my computer thinking it was the issue and its still saying the same as before can some one please help or sum
