I've been banned from the official Sims 4 forums... can this be fixed!? Help!

Last night, I was banned completely from the forums... I cannot access my account. Whenever I try logging in, I get redirected back to the first page... and when I look up my username, there's a picture that says "User Banned Please Carry On" as my profile picture... at first, I was "jailed" and blocked from posting constantly and making discussions, but then I became banned... I'm not saying I'm innocent... I understand why I got in trouble. I was being rude and disruptive to the forums. But it was because of anger... I know it was wrong and I know I probably deserve punishment, but being banned!? ☹️ I mean, I've been a member on there for 7 years! This is the first time I've made a serious offense on the forums. And I'm sorry for the way I was acting... I was expressing my frustration in a way I shouldn't have. For someone who's been there for seven years, I really don't want all of that to be erased all because of one stupid mistake I made. Is there any way this can be fixed!? Am I permanently banned? Or are bans temporary? Please help!
