I think that's a great idea and EA should definitely think about adding that in.

Maybe they could call it Sims4 Get Riding XD

@AbC4656a5278843  & @OrignVast , there is a good chance that EA is already working on this pack. 😉 This is not official, but on the last Guru Garage Livestream about 2 weeks ago, they mentioned both "working on the farm" or something to that effect, and "backpacks" but this was before the official announcement of Discover University!  Logic would then state that if they are going to drop hints about one pack that has since been confirmed, then they are probably making the other pack that they are also dropping hints on! 🤨 If this is a Gamepack then it could be out near next March, or next September (like this year's GP's ) or if it is an Expansion Pack it would probably come out in June (like Island Living did.)

I'm also hoping for cows to get milk and butter (and therefore butterchurning), checkens for eggs, sheep for wool (and hopefully spinning wool , and weaving, crocheting, or knitting.)  And windmills to pump water for Off the Grid lots, or the other kind of wind mill to grind grain, as well as grains to harvest!  Crop additions like oats, wheat, corn, soy, rye, etc.  Ladders for hay lofts, and more! 

Keep in mind that it is still possbile that we wont get a Farm pack, but if the Sim Gurus are hinting about it , there is a good chace!  Also, this pack would give them the opportunity to not only give players a pack that many, many of them want, it is also an opportunity to give us a type of pack that hasn't been in the Sims before! 🙌

I also really hope there will be horses in the Sims 4. A few weeks ago, before Discover University was announced, there were a few videos from Sims youtubers showing codes that were in the files after the last update. The codes said things like: horse_walk, horse_canter and horse_run. Before pets came out a few people also found dogs and cats in the files so I think there is a big chance there will be horses. Also, during a livestream, two simguru's joked about equestrians. As they were showing an outfit from Realm of Magic, one of them said 'this kinda looks like an equestrian outfit', and the other said 'lets not get into that now', and they laughed it off. There is a chance horses won't come though, but as I said there do are a few hints!

@Hsik006, yes!  I had heard about the horse codes that were in the files, just like they were before pet codes right before Cats & Dogs.  While it is possible that some of these codes won't be used, I think this is another good indication, epecially if it comes from a reputable YouTuber, and not just some random person on You Tube claiming this. I also remember the equestrian joke for the ROM livestrream as well!  Thanks for mentioning these! 😉

Before Seasons was released there were some toddler books added to the game that had titles that hinted at upcoming packs.  One was about a dog , but I don't rememeber the name, but another was "When is Winter?"😃  

Also before the ROM patch on Twitter one of the Sim Gurus was answering questions about Spellcasters and ROM, and someone asked "Will there be a new stair type, like maybe sprial stairs?"  And the Sim Guru answered, "Hmmm... why would you ask that?"  Of course we didn't get true spiral stairs, but we did get the configurable stairs! 🙌  And you can sort of make them spiral , even though they are rectangular and not rounded. 😉

@PugLove888 Yes, with most of the packs there were given hints before they came out! A lot of people look, while speculating new packs, at the tiny images that appear in text balloons in-game. And there are horses too. Also some objects like a vampire mirror, and a camera were you can take pictures of 'your cute puppy'. One of the youtubers that make videos about these things, Pixelade, thought the horse codes and the equestrian jokes were a big hint. However, a lot of people think horses won't come because we don't have open worlds in the Sims 4, which are crucial for horses. I think that if horses will come the Sims team will come with an solution for that, but that will be hard to program. And I can talk about this a little longer, but I don't have an answer to the question if horses will come, so that will remain a mystery! 😉

@Hsik006, i've seen some of Pixelade's videos!  I think he was the one who got really excited when a Target employee a few months ago said there was a place holder for University in their system and showed pictures of it online.  Pixelade (I think it was him) said he used to work for Target and that the code and everything looked legit.  Turns out they were correct! 🙌 

I'm thinking that since we are getting bicycles with Discover University, that the new town we will get with that pack will maybe have more larger open areas, and if horses make it to the game, they might do something similar. Teleprotation works for brooms, but wouldn't be good for bikes and horses! 😃  But that would mean that bikes would work best in the college town and the farm town (if we get that pack) and then the same would be true for horses.
