keep sim from aging
is there a cheat to keep your sims as young adult - never die?

No cheat. Turn off aging in Game Settings. Either for the selected Sim or for all Sims.
Also if you have the Vampire Expansion you could turn them into Vampires. Vampires do not age beyond YA.
Press 'ESC' in game, go to 'Game Options' you'll find the option under 'Gameplay'
