    So I deleted DLC via the EA App and redownloaded it, and suddenly that solved the problem for me. Don't know why repairing the game didn't work and this method did, but the main thing is that everything is working now. Thanks a lot for your time and help! 💚

Hi! Already tried that too, but the problem remains even with a new folder and a completely new clean save without any mods.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

  • Delete the ones you have
  • Trigger the error again
  • Check if new ones are created
  • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

      I tested my LD save and explored a crypt which worked fine so really unsure what's going on in your game, especailly on a new folder. The save might have some issues but a new one should work.

      Could you try to make a new windows user and try from there ? Also make sure to repair your game.

        Hi! 

        I did as you recommended, created a new windows user, game repaired, a new clean The Sims 4 folder and everything, but the result is still the same. Actions are still being reset, and sometimes the sim freezes if in Ravenwood 🤷🏼‍♂️. Guess I'm just cursed lol
