Lights don’t work

My lights won’t turn on. In build and live mode they will only come on in the nighttime setting, but nothing else. Roof is completely covering all rooms, no walls missing. No stairs leading to roof. Auto lights not turned on. New build, don’t play with mods or anything. Never happened before.
