Likes and Dislike Selection Not Appearing In CAS

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Except for Dream Home Decorator, Journey to Batuu, My First Pet Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, and Luxury Party Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS and look at where the traits are. You can also go to the pop-up menu as well.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't set their "likes or dislikes", Console options pop-up. Example: Tells me to hit A, B or LT.
What do you expect to see? After creating my sim using my "Create My Store", you can not click on the question mark to enter the "likes & dislikes"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I Removed them, the bug continued to happen so I added them back.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, it happened after the recent patch update.
Every time I enter CAS after the new update, My game acts as if I am playing on console even though I am playing on PC. I don't even have an option to choose likes or dislikes. I tried removing all of my Mods and Custom Content and that didn't even help so I just put them back.
