List of recipes (ps4)

Hi, I have a question about the PS4 version: the PC version has the option of displaying a list of recipes and or adjustable things for various skills. With the PS4 version, I just can't find the option. As I only have the basic game at the moment, I don't know whether this is even possible. Can you help me?
