Login rewards glitched as new

I recently deleted my sims game but kept the file in my folder that holds the sims login rewards that I got in June. I've noticed now with a new game and update that all the login rewards are marked as new even when I click them. They will be new until I go into a new outfit in cat or until I move to a new section in build mode. It's not ruining my gameplay but I do find it annoying.
