Is the Online Social Features Access setting enabled under Settings - Game Options - Other?

Unfortunately those are on and it's still not allowing me to claim.  🤔

    Hi @Laydee_Cheeks,

    Hmm, have you already tried deleting the file called
    accountdataDB.package in The Sims 4 folder and relaunching The Sims 4?

      Hello,

      I'm following your advice after the latest update. I deleted the file you suggested , it removed the entire event and the rewards I previously earned. I was able to get them back after putting back the file I deleted but I still can’t claim rewards. I have the social features enabled in my settings too
