Missing Sims 4 content after recent uodate
Missing content from The Sims 4 after the recent update. Got the recent update and everything was fine, went back later the same day to play and ended up receiving a load error message and half of my content missing from a few of my expansion packs etc. Uninstalled and reinstalled everything individually, cleared all my cashe, reset my MAC address. Even contacted EA help for assistance. Also turns out that my Sims games don’t even exist in my account either so they can’t even help me when this is my only account I’ve ever bought the Sims 4 on. Family who play the same game on different platforms have experienced the same issues. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix this problem? Spent a lot of money and time in this.

For the latter, please contact EA customer support for help, again, this time with email receipts or other proof of purchase. You can check your Order History on ea.com; if you don't see your purchases there, try to sign in with any other email address you have access to instead.
