Missing Worlds

Has anyone recently lost Willow Creek, Oasis Springs and Newcrest worlds? I just downloaded 5 new kits and found these worlds missing when I went to play. I don't know where to go to "repair" my game since trying to go through Origins doesn't seen to be an option. I keep getting an error code when trying to down load Origins.
