More Promotional Sims Should be in the Game or in the Gallery

I just found out that Captain Whitaker, which is a ghost-dog shipped with Cats & Dogs, had a owner when he was a puppy. Weird that he doesn't have his owner in-game.

Edit: I got to know that this dog isn't Captain Whitaker, since Captain Whitaker is light brown.

  Btw, it turns out that Captain Whitaker is light brown, not the colour of the dog from the trailer, so the dog from the trailer isn’t Capitan Whitaker after all.
