My game gets stuck on loading screen when I travel to a lot in del sol valley

I’ve been having this issue since the last two updates. I’ve tried everything I repaired the game, i uninstalled, removed all the mods I use and I was still was having the problem I just recently tried replacing the lot it worked for a while but when I leave and try to come back I get stuck again. I also tried a new game save and start over I WAS STILL STUCK and it was a base game lot somebody please help is it just me?
