My game keeps crashing mid play!

Hii,

I've never really used this site before so I'm sorry if somebody else has asked for help with the same question, I couldn't find anything specifically relating to this.

For a while now (possibly since the last patch but I'm not sure) my game has been crashing mid play. Its driving me crazy at the moment. I fear the issue may be my own laptop but before looking into buying something new, I wanted to see if anybody could help me.

I've attached the lastcrash.txt and lastException.txt , if that is any help.

I have no mods or cc so I'm really confused and frustrated by it.
