my game won't load after choosing to travel to one of my units

So I've played with my sim and their rental for looong now, with all the same mods and no problem, and this is these past few days.

Then after having played so long with their rental and having success with the business, i needed to move to a bigger lot cuz I wanted to have bigger and better units.

I evicted my tenants, sold her rental, moved her to a bigger lot, and everything still is going fine.

I then start building on my rental, we're still good, then when I finished I was gonna go to each unit to get the maintenance up before filling the vacancy, and that's when everything stopped working... I got launched to the world map with an error code and the game telling me to relaunch, which does nothing btw, so I try recover save which works until I again travel to unit and the same note appears, at one point the game even loaded me to just a black void.

I can't understand nor find others with the same specific problem as I'm having. And I just tested without mods and the same happened then )':

(I'm realizing more and more I might just have to save my sim's life progress and just delete this save, but my guy it's been so long since the pack came out how is it still buggy to sell their rental and make a new one it's ridiculous! I guess one just always have to use a damn 60x60 when wanting to play with for rent ugh..)

Edit: I have now deleted the save and started a new, but after 2 hours of gameplay it now happened agaiN, same error message after visiting a unit, though this time I already visited 2 other units without any problems..
