My households will not load after the new update

I have done virtually everything to repair the game after last night’s update. I uninstalled mods and cc, and that didn’t work. I’ve updated the game, reinstalled the game altogether, I’ve updated my entire computer, I’ve deleted cache files, last exception folders, have updated certain mods and cc, and even more, and NONE of my households will open or load after the update. It either takes me back to the neighborhood list after clicking on a household, or is stuck on a perpetual loading screen. The issue can’t be mods because I have tried loading households that do not have use cc or mods at all, and they just won’t load. The game is completely unplayable and I am sick of this happening every time there is a new update. I have spent hundreds of dollars on a game that I can’t play no matter what I do. Is anybody else having this problem? I am pretty tech savvy and have encountered many issues with the game that I’ve been able to fix, but no matter what I do, no household will load whatsoever.
