my sim cant sing in the shower

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80.69.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? only the go to work pack and holiday celebration free pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk
What happens when the bug occurs? when i go into the shower there is no option to sing in shower no matter what i do, i even tried to make them level up in signing with a cheat but it did not work
What do you expect to see? that when i click on the shower again there should be an option to sing in shower and my sim can practice singing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @UrFavoriteMonday   What singing skill level is your sim?  I think that option doesn't become available until the sim has leveled up singing for a couple of levels.  I forget what level it is but it is fairly low.  Maybe in the range of 2-4.
