My sim died on vacation in Granite falls. How do I get the urn?

I was playing as my sim on vacation alone in Granite Falls. My sim was a vampire and burned to death before I could get her to teleport inside from the sun rising. I have another sim in my household and was immediately made to play as them when my other sim died, but they were at the vacation spot with them. On my notification wall it tells me that the urn is at Granite Falls Forest, but I can’t find it and I want to ressurect my sim (I don’t have any recent save files to revert to.) is there any way to check the inventory of the lot for Granite Falls Forest (the national park) or have I just lost my sim?
