My Sims 4 isn't working
It's not frozen or laggy or anything I just can't click on anything. I have restarted my computer numerous times. I have mods but I haven't downloaded anything new in months. It was working perfectly...

Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem.
If the issues still remain, repairing the game may help. To do that, go to games library in Origin, right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair

Well, I found out the problem is only with one household( that's strange) but the other households work perfectly.
Do you have any idea as to why?
