jenniferhx Have you tried pulling your mods folder out and running the game to see if your sims do the same thing? I suspect one or more mods are the source of your problem. If the game runs smoothly without mods, then you'll have to go through the mods folder and update or delete the mods causing the problem.

would that mean me pulling the mod folder out of the sims folder or just taking the mods out of the mod folder? sorry I’m not very computer savvy lol
