Hi team - long time simmer first time poster and sorry if this has been asked before
I have encountered a strange problem when completing the new discovery quest, it won’t allow me to claim things because it says online connection is required - started a couple days before the new pack was released and had been fine prior to that. I have restarted the internet, restarted the app, cleared the cache, logged out + in. What else do I do to troubleshoot? Playing on desktop using the EA app which does pop up with a connection error in the bit about connecting with friends, but I’ve been able to download the new pack and do updates just fine?
I'm having the same issue it let me claim the crafting bench but I can't claim anything else. I even tried to cloud play and claim because it HAS to be online. It's really upsetting
