Nature's Calling week 2 aspiration was not completing due to delay triggering

I was asked by the support to post my problem.

I pre-ordered The Nature’s Calling. Along with that came the event "The Nature’s Calling Event ".

Here is my problem,

I can’t get past the task, nature’s comfort, on one occasion, at one point the game even restarted the event, so I had to do all the tasks again.

I have chosen a branch under nature on four occasions, three of these occasions, I also completed the ambitions Nature Nomad twice and Outdoor Botanist once. I have repaired the game twice, changed family. The problem remains, I can’t get past nature’s comfort, which means I don’t get the rewards.

It has come to such a point now that I have a strong dislike for the game. It’s sad. 

And I hope in some way, that I am alone with this problem.

I am also attaching a picture that quite clearly shows my problem, this is my third sim to complete their ambition branch, under nature. As you can also see, it is in Swedish, so excuse any spelling mistakes or grammatical oddities.

I too am having this issue. I started the event late so I have only been able to complete 3 quests before it has glitched out on my too. 

I have no mods or anything that would cause the issue as others have. So now I'm just annoyed that I am going to miss out on all the fun extras that I was looking forward to.
