    Read an article on gamerant - they gave a tip that if you can't see the chair in the options, you have to claim the reward, which is the chair.

Editing my message. You need to claim the rewards to be able to craft it. Wish the hint said that.

Claimed reward, reclicked the chair and it's Unavailable as an option to make on my reclaimed worktable. I can't make it without the option.
