Needs Pannel Bug

I'm playing a super sim challenge, and just aged my child sim into a teen age sim. And Ican't  access the needs pannel I get this image:

I took out all mods, and deleted files in the sims 4 game folder, then repaired the game and I still get this image.

I was able to cheat my sim back into a normal teenager, and the pannel shows up normally.

I don't mind because i rarely play as an occult sim, but I thought I should point this out to someone I don't know what kind of bug this would be.

    HI @SenatorPadme2 

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. Be aware that your claimed event rewards will also be gone for the time being but you will get them back with your other things.
    • Close the game again
    • Copy JUST your save game from  Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves
    • Start your save
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

    I'm not sure what happened, but when I went in to the game and entered the cheat traits. equip_trait trait_occultwerewolf to turn my sim back into a werewolf, this time the needs pannel showed up normally. She is now a werewolf again, which I wanted to get through playing first so Thanks but
