New bought pack is not in my game

simute1​ Have you really bought the expansion pack? Your picture only shows the digital content not the expansion pack. Some key-sellers sell the codes for the digital content separately.

I have the same problem with the new pack "business and hobbies", i redeemed the code and it shows as "New" et "In game content" and i have no way to download it. I tried everything and nothing works
