@annh1996 Crinrict has given you a good suggestion for dealing with the patch update and link for info on what mods/cc are definitely known to be broken. I just want to refer you to a video by TwistedMexi about organizing mod folders. Under the browse more section he even links a download for template to use in a mods folder. Even if you don't use his template it should give you an idea of how to go about organizing.
LOL, I'm not even using mods/cc in my saves and I thoroughly enjoyed the good information in his video. I even did the template download, in case I change my mind.
