No autonomous vacuuming and turning on the washing machine

A little feedback on the Bust the dust kit,  I would really REALLY appreciate it if sims stop interrupting everything they do constantly to autonomously vacuum everything. maybe just not let them d...

Remove Vacuums from their inventory to stop this. Use fully upgraded Robotic Vacuums instead. (Requires Cats & Dogs expansion).
