during which scenario is this happening ? Can you duplicate this without a scenario running ?
What do you mean by there was no action ? Are they not actually engaged or was the animation missing ?
Well she proposed to her boyfriend at his house while he was swimming and he said yes but she never put a ring on him and they don't have rings on. People are congratulating them but they don't have a ring on. It was kind of funny because they whoo hoo right after but no ring? Lol am I supposed to click on him and give him the ring maybe? I mean I did click on him and I even did under relationship and I didn't see anything but I thought it was an action that just happened like in Sims 3 they would just put the ring on the person that said yes and vice versa.
Do they properly show as engaged ?
There was another report (which I currently cant' find) where the proposing animation didn't properly work when a non-household Sim proposed but I'm not sure if there was a problem with the rings as well.
Maybe it glitched out because he was in the water.
If they are engaged properly and this remains a one time thing, I would just put rings on in CAS.
Yes they are properly engaged :) it's showing all the interactions and things of that sort. I think I figured out why. You are right she was not part of his household because she couldn't be because she was mentoring her roommate. I finally cancelled the mentorship. And I just put their rings on in cas. Thank you so much.
