No Faces / Bug Eyes on NPCs (No mods installed)

Product: The Sims 4 Platform: Windows Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020 ...

Hi @littlelilacmoon 

Did you buy the packs on EA app or Steam ?

Have any of you tried a game repair yet ?

For EA app

  1. Close the game
  2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the game in your library
  3. Choose Repair game

For Steam:

  1. Close the game
  2. Right Click on the game in your library
  3. Choose Properties
  4. Choose tab Installed Files
  5. Press Verify Integrity of Game Files

Thank you for the advice 🙂

I installed the game and the packs through the EA app; I have repaired the game but unfortunately, the issue is still ongoing.

Also, I have found that editing the NPCs in CAS changes them back to normal, but there are too many NPCs affected for this to be a feasible fix ☹️

If you have any further advice on how this can be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated.
