No option to give foul age up treat sims 4

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the Henford-on-Bagley, sim has the age up and age down treats in her inventory but when clicking on either Lana of foil there are no options to use any of them
What happens when the bug occurs? Bought the age up treat, in sims inventory and when I click on the foal, then go to horse care, there is no option to feed age up treat. I’m not having the ability to give the age down treat to lama either
What do you expect to see? No options available to give age up or age down treats
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
