No romantic progression in the romantic relationship bar.

Hi there!

I have been experiencing an issue where my Sims are unable to make progress in their romance bar with other Sims. Initially, it was both friendship and romance, but after removing mods, creating a clean folder, and adding my saves again, the friendship progression came back, but the romance has not been able to progress. I am quite stuck and would appreciate any help on figuring out why the romance bar doesn't show any progression. Thank you!!!
