no sims in game only houses
hi so none of my households are showing up when I load in a game just the houses and it says 0 sims in game

I do not have the issue have described. This screenshot should work, i have found some very old save files on another drive from which the household did actually work however i do not get why my normal save files do not work but still show in load game with the correct preview image. This just happened after the update no other change whatsoever.
@oniisnotdemon I've merged your posts with a longer thread about this same issue. Please try the other suggestions in this thread, including recovering a (hopefully intact) more recent backup:
