Nothing works :(

I cant edit houses, save changes. I can't get rid of the nanny, i've fired him and he keeps coming back. Ive 3 babies i keep putting them in their crib then the fired nanny walks in and puts them on the floor!!! I can't exit the game i have to end task :( 

Ive repaired ea etc nothing is helping.
