Odd Sims moaning noise

I made a post on answers HQ asking about this bizzare moan/grunt noise my Sims have started making ice attached a YouTube video and you can hear it just after the loading screen and music stops. Does anyone have any idea what it might be, my Sims started doing it near constant about 2/3 weeks ago
