One is my sims birthdays not on the calendar

Hi!&nbsp;I have two sims in a household, and both have automate enabled however one of my sims birthdays are not on the calendar and it doesn’t appear that they are aging? Their age is still 1/28 meanwhile the other sim in the household is 17/28 and has a birthday on the calendar.is this normal? Or am I just being stupid. Please help!

@TacoXD9915  There are certain Sims that don't age.Is this a Sim you created yourself, townie or downloaded from the gallery ?If it's not one you created yourself, what's the name of the Sim ?
