PACKS NOTWORKING(ps5/ps4 version)?

Ever since the last update, most of my packs are not showing in game. It shows that I own the content on the main menu, and shows that I have them installed but when I go into the game itself it claims "you do not have the content". I restarted my game, my system, restored licenses, I even deleted the game and reinstalled every pack one by one. Please help... I spent so much money I basically own everything except the new expansion.
