PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

Hello everyone,
Today I decided to move my sims 4 game from my C drive to my D drive, I followed the steps and all and finally it didn't work. So I decided to move it back to the C drive. I moved all, redownloaded the game with all packs (it took nearly five hours), and changed in origin the folder of library location in the settings etc by the book. I also had my saves and huge mods folders back to the C drive.
I think everything now is as before the whole process.
But unfortunately, When I start the game, It goes over the logo screen, move to the loading screen and finally the plumbob sign goes up like as the game is about to start and - it's stucked. with the sentence of the loading screen only. I printscreen it but I can't add a photo here.

I have never had this problem before.

Do someone know about it or a way it can be solved?
Please, these are quarantine times and I NEED TO PLAY 🙂

THANKS.

@shira3000 Can you try running a repair via Origin on the game and then seeing if this still happens?

    1. In Origin, Select 'My Game Library'
    2. Find the Sims 4 Tile, Right-click on the tile (while the game is NOT running)
    3. Select the repair option.
  • I repaired my game, That was my first step after the problem appeared 🙂

@shira3000  Please try disabling Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If that doesn't help, try playing in a clean user data folder.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play for a bit.  Let me know either way.

If the game still won't load even with a clean folder in place, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
