Please Send Help

every time i set down a build and specify it to residential rental, i am unable to play the lot, the family, and consequently the game as i can no longer get any sim family ot be playable. it reads an error code: 123:20ece5dd:55c64b4b and suggest I relaunch the game. 

The problem is that I've done this several times, including removing the game from my PC entirely and then redownloading the game, only to encounter the same issue repeatedly. 

I paid for a pack and features that I would like to use without the game crashing.
