In the city living I keep seeing the polluted smog still and my Sims keeps choking on it and the holiday bug is still not fix and I still can't have my grown up Sims ask father winter for a gift still and my sim pet dog still can't get downstairs to use the bathroom and the chihuahuas still look like ugly grimlins
The 'bug' that limits holidays to 3 Sims per household is on the latest laundry list, so it will probably get fixed in the next update. That might also fix the problem where your Adult Sims can't ask Father Winter for gifts.
Your other issues sound like the game is working properly but you just don't like the way it works.
Smog is common for areas that don't have much greenery if you have Eco Lifestlye installed. The solution is to either turn off Enable Eco Footprint Gameplay or add more plants and other 'green' items.
Dogs can't use elevators. Move to an apartment or house that uses stairs or is all on the ground level.
If you don't like the way your pets look, either change their appearance in CAS or give them up for adoption. You might need the cas.FullEditMode cheat to change their appearance.
I'm still having that problem still and my adult sims and teenagers sims still can't ask for presents from father winter and I've every pack and I'm on console and my Sims are still choking on the smog and it's only at one part of the apartment and non on the other apartments. My dog can finally go out of the apartment to use the bathroom finally but for some reason the other dogs in the other apartments can't go out to use the bathroom. Now the dogs I adopted for some reason keep saying mixed and won't let me save them and won't let me edit a breed on the dogs.
