The camera bounces around when I'm close to any bodies of water. It's especially bad underground, where you don't even see the pools.
Changing the IgnoreLotLevel from false to true in the camera.ini file doesn't work.
If you search a bit online, you'll find others having the same problem in basement-levels under pools and fountains. It doesn't matter how many levels below the pool or fountain you are. It will happen on every level below as if the pool or fountain is on every level. Luckily, it doesn't prevent me from building in that area or the sims from doing stuff there. It seems to be a bug that only effects the camera.
When I change IgnoreLotLevel = false to IgnoreLotLevel = true, it does stop my camera from bouncing below the pools and fountains, but unfortunately it locks the height of the camera at the level of the ceiling. Using the TS3 camera doesn't help. It just won't let me get down lower. It also slows the movement of the camera so much that I couldn't bear either consequence, so I changed the setting back to the default setting.
If I delete my pools and fountains, the problem with the camera goes away. It's just they're central features of my build, so I put up with the bug.
