Possible errors with My Library in the Gallery

For some reason, some of the families created by Maxis are duplicated in My Library, and some content from Maxis may be missing. Is this normal? If not, how can I restore it?
I'm playing without mods. The content in the screenshot has a Maxis filter. This is not content added from the Gallery.
