Potion not populating bug.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.20.101.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, cool kitchen stuff, vampires, dine out, grims ghoulish guitar, holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I buy the never weary potion or another expensive potion over the price of 1500 satisfaction points and it does not appear in my sims inventory.
What do you expect to see? I expect a refund or the potion I bought to appear in my sims inventory. When buying a potion it should populate in the sims inventory and be effective.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @j1477 Never Weary is a permanent reward trait, not a potion. That's why you don't see it in your inventory. You should see the acquired trait when you open your sim's simology panel along with all other traits that sim has.
