Yes I have tried a game repair, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also logging out and back in. In the ea app I did not filter it just opened the manage add-ons and in the game itself I filtered by expansion packs.

I just finished another repair of the game, and this one did indeed take more time than usual... And I have the items now! Thanks for the help ^^
