Hi,
I've taken Morgyn Ember into CAS and made them able to make other sims pregnant, and it was fine and they were still the Sage. There's no way the Sage of the school of magic that can raise the dead back to life can't get their spouse pregnant if they want to!
I play with ageing off, and when my Sages get paid careers I'll see them heading for the portal when their shift is due to start, and a random generated sim will be the Sage of their school until they come back. Morgyn is ambitious, so it makes sense they'd want to get a paid career. It doesn't affect any of the Sages being the Sage when they're not at work.
