It's been like this since I built on the lots that the patch is covering. Help! I can't access that household unless I go on manage households.
No, you need to bulldoze the lot because this will get rid of the item associated with the lot even though you can't see it. I downloaded the lot from your gallery:
So I went back onto the lot and bulldozed it:
and it's fixed 🙂
I don't have any build mods, but I think I did use a debug item. Thoughts?

Also, you can just grab it and drag to sell it or sledgehammer it:
