Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempting to collect daily awards
What happens when the bug occurs? No Tile presented on Main Menu. No mention of the Rewards at all.
What do you expect to see? A tile on the Main Menu that allows me to collection the Rewards from the "Happy Home Login" event.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but have fully removed everything every day to try and make the tile show up. Daily routine has been:

1) Started up my game normally (with Mods)

2) Disabled scripts and then disabled Mods

3) Exited game

4) Removed Mods folder from my Sims directory, cleared out cachestr folder, removed localthumbcache file, cleared out onlinethumbnailcache folder, removed Saves folder from my Sims Directory

5) Restarted Sims 4. The Rewards tile still does not appear.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I have automatic updates turned on in the EA App.

Of note: I am in Canada. Also, the EA App has been completely broken for weeks. It doesn't display any of my games in my Library (screen is just blank), nor does it display any of the cover art in the Installed Games section (just shows pulsing dark grey squares). I am unable to buy any DLC from the EA App directly; the only way I was able to buy the last two kits (Riviera Retreat and Cozy Bistro) was to buy them directly from within the Sims 4 Main Menu, and the transaction was incorrectly executed in USD when it should have been CAD (since my location is Canada on my account and past DLC transactions have always been in CAD.) I have also tried doing the "Restart App" and "App Recovery" options in the EA App menu, and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, none of which resolved the EA App issues.

Other troubleshooting I've tried:

1) EA App App Recovery --> Clear Cache

2) EA App restart app

3) Error Reporter (multiple, various categories)

4) sign out and sign back in of EA App

5) uninstall and reinstall EA App

6) Restart computer

7) Change my EA account location to be United States (was Canada; and have now changed it back to Canada)

8) Login to VPN servers in US (Seattle), Canada (Vancouver), and UK (London) (using PIA VPN)

9) Disable VPN entirely --> This corrects the thumbnails and game information not loading in the EA App, at least, but I'm not willing to sacrifice my internet security for this app, so it's not a long-term solution

Nothing I've tried has triggered the Happy Home Login Event to show up in game.

I don't appreciate my previous post being deleted with zero comment or resolution, but at least I kept it open in another window so I could copy and paste all the text that it took me a good 20 minutes to write up the first time I posted. Don't waste people's time like that; it's rude and terrible customer service.
