  5. No. My menu has "Step 1 How To Create Sims", "Step 2 Choose A World", and "Step 3 Create Your House". I have had these tiles on my main menu for months. Also, an ad for an Eco Lifestyle sale, despite my owning the pack. Dunno if that's pertinent or not.
  6. I completely removed the mods folder from my user files. Additionally, mods are disabled in the game settings.
  7. "Your error report encountered an error" Real cute. If it allows me to submit an error report, I'll let y'all know.

EDIT (0400UTC): Interesting. Shortly after posting my report, another poster edited theirs stating they also have the "Step 1, Step 2, Step 3" tiles. By my count that's now 3 reports with a commonality.

    My Main menu also has the Step 1. Step 2 and Step 3 tiles, I also have the ad for Eco Lifestyle and I own it Still no freezer bunny tile.

    The step 1, step 2, step 3 tiles are exactly what I see on the main screen as well.

    Hey all, 

    We believe we've located the issue that is preventing the Happy at Home login event from displaying correctly for the players in this thread.

    At this time we're engaged with several teams to resolve the issue, while I don't have an ETA on a fix to share as of yet, I'll share any updates I get here.

    At last it popped up for me! But it says I have 19 days left to claim the rewards. I just hope that's enough time.

    Mine also finally popped up but also says that there are 19 days to claim rewards.
